Pierre and his wife Cléa lead a peaceful life in a small town. He is a teacher, she is an optician. Their life is turned upside down when Belle, a friend’s daughter, is found dead in their house. Pierre becomes the prime suspect in the murder, since he was the only one at home at the time.
